Short Information : - Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), has released a notification on its official website for the examination of Bihar State Teacher Eligibility Test (BSTET/ STET 2026). The BSEB application form started on 17 August 2026, and the last date to submit the application form was September 2026. • For General/ EWS/ BC/ EBC:  ₹ 960/-

• For Other State (All Category):  ₹ 960/-

• For SC/ ST/ PWD:  ₹ 760/-

• For Both Paper I & II

• For General/ EWS/ BC/ EBC:  ₹ 1440/-

• For Other State (All Category):  ₹ 1440/-

• For SC/ ST/ PWD: ₹ 1140/-

• Maximum Age : 37 Years (Male)

• Bihar BSEB provides age relaxation for the Bihar STET position as per their regulations.

• For Secondary Teacher (Class 9–10, Paper-I), candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in the subject with at least 50% marks and a B.Ed. degree.

• For Senior Secondary Teacher (Class 11–12, Paper-II), you need a Postgraduate degree in the subject with Second Division along with a B.Ed. degree (not required for Computer Science). Candidates belonging to SC/ST/EBC/BC/Divyang categories get 5% relaxation in marks.

• Interested candidates who wish to apply for the Bihar STET post can submit their application online before 31 August 2026.
