Short Information :-    ➨  Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released a Notification on its official website for the 72nd Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Pre 2026. This recruitment is for 1186 posts. The BPSC application form will start on 07 May 2026, and candidates can apply until 31 May 2026. The minimum age required is 20 years, and the maximum age limit is 37 – 42 years (Post Wise) as of 01 August 2026. Child Development Project Officer

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university and must choose one optional subject for the main examination from the following:

• Home Science

• Psychology

• Sociology

• Labour & Social Welfare

Financial Administrative Officer & Equivalent

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or its affiliated institution in any one of the following subjects:

• Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Sub-Divisional Protection Officer

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in either Psychology or Law. Additionally, candidates must choose one optional subject for the main examination from:

• Psychology

• Law
